Thank you from Cindy Rieniets:

The term "Thank You" is used to show appreciation for the most
simple things that people do for us to the most magnificent things
that are done for us.  If I could come up with another way to say
"thank you", I would.  I don't feel like "thank you" is appropriate
for what I want to say to everyone, but I really don't know any
other way to say it...Thank you all so very much to everyone who
dedicated so much of their time, energy, efforts, money,
products, services and support to make the Brisket Benefit so
successful!!!  There truly are no words to express the gratitude
that I have to everyone who supported this endeavor.  Without
the support of ALL of you, this wouldn't have been possible, and I
am forever grateful for the kindness and generosity to each and
everyone of you!!  The funds raised will truly help with loss of
work and medical expenses.  I only hope that one day soon, we
too can give to families in a time of need.

I know that there were so many people involved from behind the
scenes to those of you who delivered the briskets to those of you
who purchased briskets.  I wish that Austin and I could have met
each and everyone of you and thank you personally.  Please
know how truly blessed I am for all of you and what you have
done for Austin!

Austin and I did have the wonderful privilege of meeting the Triple
Nickel Cooking Team, who without them, this benefit would not
have been such a huge success! What a humbling experience to
see this group of men giving so much, unconditionally, for one
10-year old boy.  I can't tell you the impression that these men
left not only on Austin, but on myself as well.  They truly shared
such wonderful words of encouragement.  When I went to tell
them "thank you", they said, "we don't need a thank you, this is
what we wanted to do."  Then they proceed to tell me what Austin
has brought to them...hope, faith, strength and belief.  We all
shed many tears that evening, but it is with that same strength,
belief, hope and faith that will guide Austin through this journey
that he was chosen to go on.

We are so blessed to have so many people that believe in
Austin's inner strength to overcome this...All things are possible if
you believe~Mark 9:23.

Again, thank you all so much for the kindness and generosity.
Thank you for the continuous support and prayers that you all
say for Austin.  Thank you for believing and keeping your faith
strong!  Thank you for believing in the Lord...Matthew
19:20~With God all things are possible.

This is a poem that I have read and gives me the strength to stay
brave for Austin, Kristie and Karlie~

What Cancer Cannot Do

Cancer cannot cripple LOVE, it actually makes is overflow.
Cancer cannot shatter HOPE, iit actually clarifies what hope is for.
Cancer cannot corrode FAITH, it actually strengthens faith's
convictions.
Cancer cannot conquer the SPIRIT, because courage faces
cancer's affliction.

With sincere appreciation,
